BRAZIL NUT PARMESAN CHEESE

 

MAKES 1  1/2 CUPS
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Brazil nuts
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt

In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the "S" blade, process until fluffy.
